Ashley Hofer, APN, FNP-C is a board-certified primary care provider treating patients of all ages, focusing on family and general health issues.
Ashley received her nursing degree from Frontier Community College in Fairfield, IL, and her master’s in nursing from Chamberlain University in 2018. She worked as a nurse for 12 years prior to becoming board-certified and has extensive training in an office setting, surgery, and ICU, where she learned how to think critically and pay close attention to detail. Her love of nursing and her nursing experiences prompted her to become a nurse practitioner.
